Biggest Food Truck Market in the GTA is Safely Open During Lockdown

Can’t decide on what to have for dinner? At STREET EATS MARKET, an outdoor food truck market with locations by Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill and Scarborough Town Centre in Toronto, you don’t have to! Find a meal or snack that suits everyone’s taste every Monday to Sunday from 12pm-7pm.

Cuisine options range from Carribean to seafood, Iranian, Latin, Barbeque, Korean and more. Depending on which location you visit, patrons may recognize some familiar Toronto and GTA restaurants including Buster’s Sea Cove, Tut’s Egyptian Street Food, Chaska Indian Street Food Obsession and Meltwich Food Co.

As the food truck market sensation continues to grow, a Burlington location will also be opening this spring and an International night market will begin in Scarborough Town Centre this summer.

The market has taken many precautions to ensure that they are able to remain fully open during the current lockdown and operate safely. Space is limited within the venue in order to maintain proper distancing and a mask is required even outside while at the venue. Now that the weather is heating up, this outdoor market is the perfect way to safely grab a bite with friends outside while staying within the recommended COVID-19 protocols.
