Pedestrian Sundays, Kensington Market’s famous street festival, returns this May, transforming the streets into a colourful street festival every last Sunday of the month until October.
During the festival days, the streets of Kensington Market will be closed to vehicular traffic, allowing guests to promenade about the neighbourhood without worrying about traffic.
The festival will feature live music, entertainment, and local vendors. In previous years, Pedestrian Sundays drew enormous audiences, especially after a temporary interruption due to the epidemic.
The temporary schedule for the market is the last Sunday of every month from May 2023, starting from 7 pm!
There is no information yet about the festival’s planned events or vendors, but an announcement is expected soon.
