Free Pancakes at Fuwa Fuwa

This month, ahead of National Pancake Day on February 21, Fuwa Fuwa is giving free 5,000 trademark soufflé pancakes to customers and community organisations across numerous Canadian locations.

The complimentary pancakes will be available for one day only at each dine-in location. Fuwa Fuwa will be giving away up to 300 pancakes at each of the following locations on the corresponding date and hours: Feb. 14: Midtown Toronto, 2471 Yonge St. (Toronto), 12 noon to 8:30 p.m.; Feb. 15: Downtown Toronto, 408 Bloor St. W. (Toronto), 12 noon to 8:30 p.m.; Feb. 16: Scarborough Town Centre, 300 Borough Dr. (Scarborough), 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Fuwa Fuwa will provide a soufflé pancake to a local health-care worker or post-secondary student who is unable to visit home for reading week for every in-store gift.

Customers will need to visit the location on the giveaway day, take a photo of themselves making a heart shape with their hands, and share it on Instagram or TikTok with the hashtag #fuwafuwaforever to receive a free soufflé pancake (a classic Fuwa Fuwa menu item featuring whipped cream and maple syrup). Those who are unable to visit a Fuwa Fuwa site can still assist in getting pancakes into the hands of community groups by completing the same processes as those who are there.

On National Pancake Day, Fuwa Fuwa will begin donating pancakes to community groups (Feb. 21). Fuwa Fuwa will also sell single pancakes for $6 at selected locations.
